I dont have a lot of time with two rugrats running around nor do I feel comfortable getting back into the gym with everything going on. I have been following sixpackabs on facebook for a while and when the add for tone at home popped up my first thought was "Cindy, you dont need to buy anything else online " lol. I am soooo glad I chose to make one more purchase. I am on week 2 and I have already dropped 3.5 lbs! (I have been at a plateau for 4 months now fyi) The workouts are perfect for me and I really appreciate the fact that the coaches que you so you know if you are doing the exercises correctly. My husband even joined along on one of the workouts, it kicked both our butts and he's no chump! :) I highly recommend this program for anyone stuck at home or just wants to get back into working out again.
The program is teaching me a lot about doing the workouts with good form! The additional abs video is tough!
I was pretty hesitant to get started, but once I got to the 3rd workout, I knew I had underestimated the program and OVERestimated my fitness level. The coaches do a wonderful job of walking you through the exercises and workouts. I noticed a ton of instability in my legs and core that I wasn't aware of. The bonus videos really get the sweat going, and the stretch program has helped loosen my lower back and knees!!! Great job SixPackAbs!
The form tips and thorough explanations helped a lot. I love how quick and effective the workouts are.
